Customer's requirement: It is used for the feeding of the front end of the assembly line. The working object is the stator in the motor, which needs to be grabbed from the material box, flipped 90 degrees, transported and placed on the assembly line. The next work is handed over to the manual for the next assembly process.
The characteristics of the working object are: heavy, about 30kg, the beat frequency required for feeding is higher than the price, if the frequent use of manpower feeding, the manpower loss will be too large.
Our solution: We refer to the properties of the working object object, and think that the special-shaped magnet can achieve two force methods of magnet adsorption and grasp while fitting the shape of the object as far as possible, which can make the grasp more firm. At the same time, in the structure, we use a hard-arm frame structure, the advantage of this structure is that the alignment is relatively accurate, and the movement is more stable during the handling process.
Next, we will explain the main design points of this machine from an action loop:
1.Gripper Selection and Activation:
Based on the type and size of the working object, the appropriate gripper is designed and attached to the manipulator arm.
2.Pick-Up and Orientation:
The manipulator arm moves to the designated position near the working object. The gripper is then activated to securely grasp the component, taking into account its orientation requirements.
3.Centering and Alignment:
Once the working object is securely held by the gripper, the manipulator arm moves it to the target location. This process may involve rotation, tilting, or repositioning to achieve the desired centering.
4.Placement and Release:
After theworking object is centered, the manipulator arm moves it to the designated position for material feeding or assembly. The gripper releases it gently and precisely, ensuring smooth placement.
5.Repeat and Continuous Operation:
The industrial manipulator machine performs the above steps continuously and repetitively, allowing for high-speed and efficient material feeding.
