GENERAL INTRODUCTION
It is a small manipulator that is mainly used in assembly lines for easy access to small and heavy objects. In this design, our fixture is a magnet, it can adsorb the object and place it in the specified hole to complete the action of picking and unloading workpiece. Its operation interface is very simple, hand-held operating handle, only two buttons to take and put, and hands can move the object at will, it is equipped with an infrared induction device, when there is hand on the handle, the machine automatically enters the working state, It improves the production efficiency of the assembly line and is a product worth promoting.
Functional description of the equipment
Security system
1. The main body of the power arm is equipped with an air tank, which can prevent the sudden decline of the mechanical arm in the case of air failure.
2. Adopt release foolproof release in safety. And equipped with the load workpiece in the air, release button failure function.
3. Air brake: The brake adopts air self-locking brake. In the absence of air supply, it automatically locks.
Equipment workflow:
The manipulator has button controls such as rising, descending, suctioning, discharging, braking, balancing, left rotation & right rotation.
Operation control mode: button up/down, toggle balance (zero gravity levitation).
1 . Manually operate the joint movement of the assisted arm to align the electrophoresis magnetism to the suction position, and press the suction button.
2. Manually operate the joint of the robotic arm to move to the discharging position and press the release button.
