Cantilever Crane
Cantilever crane is a new generation of light lifting equipment made to adapt to modern production, with high reliability of auxiliary equipment, especially suitable for short distance, frequent use, intensive lifting operations, with high efficiency, energy saving, easy to operate and maintain.
Folding Arm Crane
The folding arm crane has the characteristics of novel structure, free extension, easy operation, high efficiency and energy saving. During operation, press the button to lift the load, and use the bending and rotating motion of the beam to avoid the object in the control working area to maximize the working area. Gently push and pull by hand to reach any position in the working area. It is suitable for the production or maintenance of machinery manufacturing, railway, chemical, light industry and other industries, especially in the production line with dense equipment, short distance lifting, and frequent operation, which can improve the production efficiency.
Jib Crane Core Technology--lifting system
The Jib Crane consists of three main parts: the column and track, the auxiliary lifting hoist, and the non-standard fixture. The auxiliary lifting hoist has many types which mainly includes the Electric hoist, Smart lifter, and pneumatic air balancer:
1.Electric hoist
The Electric hoist is typically installed on the cantilever, gantry crane, or truss. It is known for its affordability, easy operation, and low maintenance cost. It is commonly used in factories, warehouses, and other similar environments. Electric hoists are categorized into two types based on the lifting cable material: wire rope electric hoists and chain electric hoists. They also have two speed options: single-speed lifting and two-speed lifting.
2.Intelligent hoist
The intelligent lifting device consists of a servo drive, servo motor, reducer, and other components. It is controlled by a microprocessor, which receives instructions from the operator and generates the necessary power to move the load up or down. It can operate at variable speeds within its rated range, allowing for efficient handling. The device is user-friendly, precise, intelligent, and offers controllable speed, ensuring safety and reliability.
3.pneumatic air balancer
The working principle of the pneumatic air balancer relies on utilizing the force generated by compressed air to counterbalance the weight of the load. Through a control system, the supply of air is regulated to achieve precise control over the suspension and movement of the load. This enables the pneumatic air balancer to effortlessly suspend and manipulate heavier objects, enhancing both work efficiency and safety.
