Product Introduction
The intelligent hoist consists of columns and tracks, or truss frames and tracks, intelligent auxiliary lifting equipment, and fixtures.
The smart hoist is composed of servo driver, servo motor, reducer, etc., and is controlled by a microprocessor. Has manual mode and suspension mode. The direction of power can be obtained from the operator, and upward and downward power can be generated accordingly.
It enables operators to control the lifting, unloading and assembly of precision equipment and fragile workpieces with extremely precise and stable control.

Product Operate Guide
1. The intelligent lifting device has a self-balancing function in the suspended state. The operator does not need to control the device itself and the handle. He only needs to control the workpiece to easily raise and lower the workpiece.
2. Speed: The maximum speed of ascent and descent is ≤40 meters/minute, and can be further limited below the maximum speed; in floating mode, the actual operating speed is determined by the continuous longitudinal force exerted on the sensing handle. The greater the force, the faster the operating speed. On the contrary, the slower.
3. Control: Equipped with a sensing handle, the internal components of the sensing handle are sealed and equipped with a pressure (photoelectric) sensor, which can sense vertical force signals in real time to control the up and down running direction and speed of the system. The operation sensing handle detects the operator's longitudinal operating force; the required operating force can be changed by adjusting the sensitivity of the sensing handle.
