Product Introduction
Intelligent lifters are composed of columns and tracks, or trusses and slide rails, and intelligent auxiliary lifting equipment.
Intelligent auxiliary lifting equipment is composed of servo drives, servo motors, reducers, etc. and is controlled by a microprocessor. It has the characteristics of easy operation, high precision, intelligence, controllable speed, safety and reliability. It can maximize production efficiency and minimize the risk of operator injuries. Intelligent auxiliary lifting equipment has more precise positioning than electric hoists and stronger response capabilities than pneumatic hoists.
The lifting Device for The Manipulator
The host component of intelligent auxiliary lifting equipment is mainly responsible for providing precise control, power and signal processing required for lifting. The function of the spiral cable is to transmit signals between the host and the handle.
The transmitted signals include lifting direction, lifting speed, emergency stop signal and fault signal, etc. The handle is the primary interface between the operator and the lifting equipment. The user controls the lifting and lowering of the device through the handle and obtains corresponding information through the display screen.
