Product Introduction
The jib crane is a kind of manipulator equipment which uses the cable to carry out the lifting task. It achieves the handling action by using flexible metal cables to connect the auxiliary lifting equipment mounted on the robotic arm to a custom fixture. The equipment is usually used with a variety of custom clamps for handling, stacking, and loading and unloading items. To maximize productivity, save manpower and ensure worker safety, it has been widely used, especially in modern production lines.
Jib Crane Core Technology
The jib crane can be divided into three parts: column and cantilever, auxiliary lifting hoist and non-standard fixture. Auxiliary lifting hoists include electric hoists, intelligent lifts, pneumatic air balancers:
1. Electric hoist
Electric hoists are usually mounted on cantilevers, gantry cranes or trusses. It is characterized by its low cost, simple operation and low maintenance requirements. It is commonly used in factories, warehouses and similar environments.
2. Intelligent elevator
The intelligent lifting device is composed of servo drive, servo motor and reducer. It is controlled by a microprocessor, which receives instructions from the operator to move the load up or down. It can change speed continuously within a specified range. The device is humanized, accurate, intelligent, can control the speed, the operation is safe and reliable.
3. Pneumatic air balancer
Pneumatic air balancer uses air as the power to balance the gravity of the object, so that the material can achieve a non-gravity suspension state, and carries out various operations on the material in a non-gravity state or a reduced gravity state. The operator can easily, conveniently and accurately achieve various requirements for heavy objects, which plays a very important role in reducing labor intensity, ensuring operation safety, and improving production efficiency.

Installation Way
Different types of cranes, such as cantilever, folding arm, movable base cantilever, and truss cranes, are installed in various ways. Among them, cantilever and folding arm cranes are the most commonly utilized.
1.Cantilever crane
This modern lifting equipment is designed to adapt to contemporary production needs.
